CVYSL has two tournaments for the 2007/2008 season along with one jamboree and two District VI Events. The two tournaments are hosted by the California Rush, the District VI Events are hosted by the Citrus Heights Soccer Club, and the jamboree by the Carmichael Soccer Club.
Citrus Heights Soccer Club will be hosting two District VI Events this season. ONLY District VI Division IV (Recreational) teams can apply to this event. The first event will take place on August 25 & 26, 2007 and the second event on October 27 & 28, 2007. Carmichael Soccer Club will be hosting an under 10 jamboree for Division IV (recreational) teams. The jamboree has been very successful each year and continues to grow attracting teams from several different areas within our District. The jamboree will be taking place on October 27 & 28, 2007. The California Rush Soccer Club will be present running a clinic for participants. The California Rush will be hosting the California Rush Open on August 4 & 5, 2007 for Division I (Competitive) teams, U11-12 boys & U11 - 16 girls. The club will be bringing back their U9 - U10 Division I (Competitive) tournament, the California Rush State Fair which will take place on August 18 & 19, 2007. Our oldest tournament the California Rush Thanksgiving Classic for Division III (Select) teams will be held on November 24 & 25, 2007.
